核災區食品改標政府必要時協助打團訟

行政院消保處今天表示，針對日本核災區食品改標輸台損害消費者權益事件，目前各縣市消費者服務中心已在積極協調業者辦理退費，並處理民眾申訴案件，政府必要時也會協助消費者提起團體訴訟。

消保處提醒民眾，消費者所購買的食品若可能為日本核災區食品改標輸台者，應保留商品發票或購買憑證（例如收據）以利後續辦理退換貨；若有因這次事件權益受損，主張退貨卻發生消費糾紛時，則可撥打1950消費者服務專線申訴。
