營建業2月營業氣候終結連5跌

台灣經濟研究院今(25)日公布營建業2月營業氣候測驗點為80.29點，較上月上揚0.72點，終結連續5個月下跌的態勢，不過台經院指出，在增稅、查稅、限貸和供給擴大等不利因素持續干擾下，後市價量走勢仍不宜過度樂觀。

台經院指出，儘管公共工程推進受阻，但商業活動趨於活絡，帶動不少大型商辦投資改建項目，特別是百貨商場的擴建，使2月營造業景氣轉為持平態勢，惟留意，未來半年營造業景氣變化仍需觀察公共工程審議評估的結果。

至於不動產業，台經院指出，2月看屋人潮趨增並未轉化為實際交易，因此，六都房市成交量持續萎縮。

儘管時序來到329檔期的產業傳統旺季，業者期待短期內國內房市交易可望回溫，但台經院提醒，在增稅、限貸和供給量大等不利因素持續干擾下，後市價量走勢還是不宜太過樂觀。
