綠要江揆報告 王金平：協商不成就表決

行政院長江宜樺昨天宣布核四廠封存、停工，並非停建，不是政策重大變更。民進黨卻認為「停工」就是「停建」，因此主張今天下午立法院院會要變更議程，要求行政院長江宜樺進行核四停建專案報告，不來報告就是違憲。

對於朝野意見分歧，立法院長王金平表示，如果民進黨正式提案，會召集朝野協商，協商不成，就進行表決來處理。至於媒體詢問，江揆是否有必要到立院做專案報告？王金平則說「不評論」，並說他要保持中立。

也由於今天上午立法院將進行新任檢察總長人事同意權投票，加上王金平中午還要接見日本日華懇談會國會議員，因此王金平表示，早上應該不會協商。
