標題[請問] 凱擘(金頻道)收看緯來日本台畫面很破

這次放假回家發現緯來日本台的畫質很差(後來發現HBO也變成這樣，其它台就不會) 每隔幾秒就會如下面幾張圖，嚴重到幾乎整個畫面都看不清楚： http://imgur.com/uLXcPXL
