宜蘭縣五結鄉出產的「越光米」、「五農米」是屢獲大獎的米中上品，值此春耕時節，五結鄉公所和該鄉產業協會為促進地方觀光與產業發展，訂於6日在傳藝路二段附近的農田，舉辦「春稻樂插秧」活動，歡迎民眾全家一起來參加，親身體驗農耕樂。

「春稻樂插秧」活動，將邀請甫獲神農獎的方福再，以傳統工法，指導參加的民眾，重出好吃的稻米。

五結鄉長簡松樹、鄉民代表陳林煌，以及五結鄉產業發展協會理事長林耀華等人，2日上午特別捲起褲管、打赤腳親自下田插秧去，體驗真實的農耕生活，邀請全國民眾，帶家人親自體驗鄉村插秧樂，暢遊美麗的田野好風光、五十二甲濕地生態之旅及利澤老街文化巡禮。
