有關藝人李蒨蓉登阿帕契直升機拍照PO網一案，桃園地檢署今天前往陸軍航空特戰指揮部調查，除將停機棚附近監視器檔案全部帶回，也以證人身份約談2名管理監視器系統的官兵，截至目前仍在訊問當中，勞乃成和李蒨蓉等人是否也列為今天約談對象？備受注目。

事件爆發後，軍方昨天下午函請檢方調查勞乃成和李蒨蓉等人有無違法情況，檢方昨晚掌握入營13名大人身份，考慮相機、手機可能有其他未流出又涉及國家機密的照片，為免外流，隨即發布境管。

檢方趕在第一時間發佈境管，但其中有4人在境管前已經出國，除了邱泰翰、王君怡夫婦上個月31日飛往美國，另有1名賴姓女子於本月2日飛往日本、1名邱姓男子飛往香港；檢方已限制其他9人出境。
