外資持續賣超，加上清明節將屆，投資人擔心是不是又要清明變盤？財政部長張盛和今（2）日表示，股市接近萬點大關，難免有點近關情怯，大家以平常心看待就好。

對於連日來的外資賣超，張盛和表示，台北股市現在接近萬點大關，想衝關，又有點近關情怯，外資操作通常是漲多獲利了結，下跌就逢低佈局，

張盛和說，目前國內外經濟情勢並無重大變化，台股漲漲跌跌屬於正常現象，大家不要過於擔心，應以平常心看待。
