毒品假釋犯搶畫被活逮

61歲黃姓男子，昨天深夜跑到台北市和平東路某畫廊，趁店員不注意時入內搶走一幅價值5800元的畫作。店長聽到聲響追出，一路呼救，黃跑了近百公尺後，遭附近熱心民眾一同圍捕；此時巡邏警力趕至，他拒捕，還持路旁的改道牌作勢攻擊警民，被制伏帶回警局時還向員警吐口水。警方查出他日前因販毒案入獄服刑5年多，3年前假釋出獄卻又犯案，將他依強盜、妨害公務罪嫌送辦。
