伊朗核談判獲共識 北韓無核化引關注

南韓媒體今天指出，伊朗核問題談判已獲初步共識，但這能否促使停滯中的北韓無核化談判重啟，引人關注。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社報導，南韓政府人士認為，伊朗核問題已開始進入解決階段，因此，北韓核問題將受到美國更大的關注。

報導指出，北韓研發核武和發射導彈的能力不斷提升，更凸顯相關國家與北韓進行無核化談判的必要性。

報導分析認為，北韓並未遵守2005年六方會談發表的「9．19共同聲明」和北韓與美國達成的「2．29協議」，這正是重啟北韓核談判的最大障礙，除非北韓的態度發生明顯變化，否則無核化談判恐難重啟。
