灣裡杜姓老翁生活困頓、住屋破舊，毫無能力整修房屋。市議員呂維胤獲報，3日邀集南區區長張惠雯、南區行善團及相關建築工程人員，一同前往訪視並評估房屋修繕相關事宜，將協助盡早完成房屋修繕，讓杜翁住的舒適安心。
